1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Re-Sew Creative ("Re-Sew") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Pieces Shown

Every piece shown is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because each one is unique, slight variations from photographs are natural and part of the handmade character. The Market holds examples of the kinds of pieces that can be made rather than a fixed product line, and bespoke work — made from the customer's own clothes or fabric — is quoted per piece.

3. No Payments on This Site

Re-Sew takes no payments, and this site has no checkout and no basket. Nothing is bought or sold here. Price, materials, timing and handover are agreed directly between you and the person who makes your piece; this site is a place to look at work and start a conversation.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because this site takes no payments and has no checkout, no payment or refund flows through Re-Sew. Any terms for a piece are agreed directly with the person who makes it, before work begins.

5. Who Makes Your Piece

Re-Sew is one small sewing practice. Every inquiry comes to Re-Sew directly, and every piece is made by us.

We are responsible for the work and services we provide, including, but not limited to, quality, materials, sizing, communication and customer satisfaction.

Re-Sew reserves the right to remove any piece from the platform at its discretion.

6. Custom Project Inquiries

Your inquiry comes to Re-Sew. We review the details you provide and respond with any questions and the next step.

Submitting an inquiry is not a booking or an obligation. Neither you nor we are committed to a project until the scope, price and terms are agreed between us.

7. Community & Product Photos

By providing photos, images, or other visuals of your work, products, or projects to Re-Sew — for example, for a listing or your portfolio — you grant Re-Sew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote those images on the Re-Sew website, to show your work, and in Re-Sew marketing materials, including social media, email, and advertising.

You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that the images you share don't infringe anyone else's rights.

Re-Sew may take down or remove a listing or photo on request or at its discretion. If you'd like an image or listing removed, simply contact us and we'll be glad to help.
